Algae-Derived Cosmetic Prototypes Unveiled at the Osaka-Kansai Expo Now Available at Shiseido Beauty Park

As part of the MATURI project led by the Chitose Group, Shiseido is showcasing algae-derived cosmetic prototypes at Shiseido Beauty Park, centered around the theme of the cycle of life and beauty. The prototypes on display include two skincare products: “Maga Tama” (cream) and “Shizuku” (serum).

Algae, which have thrived on this planet since ancient times, possess breathtaking beauty and rapid reproductive capabilities, suggesting limitless potential. To convey the allure of algae, Shiseido has developed these visionary products using its unique film-forming technology and lipid shell emulsification technology.
