A Middle Eastern-style dish featuring goya stuffed with herband
spice-infused minced meat that is steamed and then
grilled. Goya is known to help prevent summer fatigue, and the
added spices and aromatic vegetables promote circulation.


BEAUTY YAKUZEN Meal -Seafood-

Sautéed Swordfish with Tomato and Herb Caper Sauce
A Mediterranean-style dish featuring seasonal swordfish rich
in vitamins B, D, E, and iron, sautéed and served with a
tomato-herb caper sauce. A sweet tang stimulates the
appetite, while mint and capers add a refreshing finish.
