A Taiwanese-style medicinal braised pork belly simmered with daylily buds, star anise and other ingredients. Served with fennel, which is known to aid with digestion and improve circulation.

Grilled Spanish Mackerel with Herb Miso
Grilled seasonal Spanish mackerel, known as the fish of spring, topped with aromatic herbs like thyme, dill and flavored with white miso. Spanish mackerel is said to aid with digestion function.
