Five-Spice Fried Chicken with Okara Flour
Chicken breast marinated in shio-koji, five-spice powder,
and lemon, then fried until moist and tender. Coated in
okara flour and served with grated daikon radish with dill.
Contains: Chicken, Soy

BEAUTY YAKUZEN Meal -Seafood-

Chinese Steamed Sea Bream with Aromatic Sauce
Seasonal sea bream delicately steamed with sake and paired
with a rich oyster and fish sauce. Garnished with green onions,
mitsuba herbs, and ginger. Sea bream is said to help replenish
qi and blood deficiency.
